What to Expect During Treatment
During your BBL HEROic™ session, a clear gel is applied to the treatment area to optimize light absorption. The provider then glides the handpiece over the skin, delivering precise pulses of light.
Most patients describe the sensation as a quick, mild snap that fades almost instantly. Thanks to integrated cooling technology, treatment is well tolerated and does not require topical anesthesia. Afterward, the skin may feel warm for 30–60 minutes, similar to mild sun exposure.
